Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 24 hours after purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and unaltered in any way.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a specified timeframe. We will contact you to confirm the address of coin/network for sending your refund.
Sale items
All items purchased will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you entered an incorrect email address, please visit our CONTACT page and submit a complaint with your purchase details and the correct email address where you would like to receive your item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are not working at the first login attempt. If you need to exchange it for a similar item or return it, please visit the CONTACT page in the top right and send us your complaint.
